Bibble 5 is an ambitious project to revolutionize Digital Photographic Workflow. Expanding on Bibble 4's speed and power, Bibble 5 is designed to unite unparalleled photographic editing capability and blazing speed in a sleek, modern interface.

Bibble 5 offers Complete Selective editing - apply essentially any image adjustment to the whole image, or just a portion of the image - Asset Management that is fast and flexible, and an intuitive design that's easy to learn, and is up to 88 times as fast as other similar applications.

Apply Essentially Any Adjustment Anywhere you Want

Bibble 5 offers an extensive range of built in, non-destructive editing tools providing total control over your photographs. Combine these tools with the complete selective editing freedom provided by Regions & Layers, and you have a winning combination. And the process is simple:

   1. Create a Layer - one for each group of adjustments you want to make
   2. Create one or more Regions - each region selects a part of the image to adjust. Use a paintbrush for small details and fine-tuned control, or polygons and freeform curves to select large areas quickly
   3. Apply image adjusments - which will automatically adjust only the portions of the image selected by the regions

Essentially any image adjustment that Bibble 5 supports can be applied selectively, allowing control previously seen only in pixel-level photo editing programs. This includes 3rd Party Plugins.

Photo Management with Bibble 5

Bibble 5 offers a full suite of photo management tools to allow you to quickly organize your existing digital photographs and allows you to quickly add additional photos or catalogs of photos at any time. Once you've imported your images into a Bibble 5 Catalog, Bibble 5's asset management features provide all the tools necessary to help you find the photos you want.

Building a Bibble 5 Library & Catalogs

Importing all your photographic work into one or more Bibble 5 Catalogs is quick and easy. You have several choices of how to import, where to store the images, and what Catalog folders you want to create during the import.

Importing Options

• Copy Files - Perfect for downloading images from a camera or memory card
• Move Files - Great when organizing an existing set of digital photographs
• Refer to Original Folders - Use this if your photos are already on your computer, grouped into logical folders
• Refer to Original Files - Advanced option that allows additional organizational options

Using Bibble 5 Library & Catalogs

Once your images have been imported into a Bibble 5 Catalog, you can find your images in several different ways - all organized on the Library tab.

Finding images in Bibble 5 Catalogs

• Browse by Folder - Click on one or more folder to see the images they contain
• Browse by Metadata - Find images using metadata like the date the image was taken, the camera or lens it was shot with, exposure or shooting information and camera settings, or using metadata you've added, like ratings, labels, tags, and keywords
• Search for Images - Enter part of a filename, keyword, or other text-based items to see all matching images
• Browsing Refinement - Add more and more metadata filters to drill-down to exactly the images you want to see
• Work Seamlessly Across Multiple Catalogs - Multiple Catalogs allow you to store and organize different sets of images differently, while allowing you to search and browse across many Catalogs just as if it were one large collection
• Off-Line Images - View Previews of off-line files and view and edit Metadata for this files
• Portable Catalogs - Allowing access to a single Catalog from more than one computer, and allowing you to quickly move a Catalog from one computer to another
